How do I buy a game?

If you have downloaded the trial version of a game from us, you can also click on the BUY button inside the game to open the ordering page!


How do I re-download a game that I've previously bought?

Since our games are offered though many channels, the way to obtain a game again varies. Please select the situation that applies to you:

-- 1: BMT Micro --

  • Your email or credit card statement says "BMT Micro" or "bmtmicro-info.com".
  • The game was downloaded from this site, after September 2008.
  • Or the game was downloded from one of our official sites: AliceGreenfingers.com, BricksOfEgypt2.com, SpinAndPlay.com, PizzaPanic.com, LegendOfAladdin.com or TropicoJong.com.

      Solution: Please contact us and we will give you a new download link for you game!


    -- 2: Reflexive --

  • Your email or credit card statement says "Reflexive".
  • The game was downloaded from this site before September 2008.
  • Or the game was downloaded from Reflexive.com, Retro64.com or another Reflexive affilliate.

      Solution: Reflexive no longer provides downloads of games previous bought. Please contact us and include your original email reciept or other proof of purchase and we will send you the game again.


    -- 3: RegNow --

  • Your email or credit card statement says "DR*", "DRI*", "Digital River" or "RegNow".
  • The order number looks similar to this: 1222414018-11317-348657

      Solution: Please contact us and we will give you a new download link for you game!


    -- 4: Game Portal --

  • You purchased your game from a game portal, such as Big Fish Games, Pogo, Real Arcade, AOL, iWin, MSN, Shockwave, Yahoo, Zylom or Boonty:

      Solution: These site have proprietary order systems that we can not access. Please go to the site to get further instruction on how to obtain your game again.

    If you can not find your receipts and do not remember where you downloaded and bought the game, please try the Reflexive solution first.

    If none of the above applies to you, you can always contact us and we will help you! Please include you name and email address to make it easy for us to locate your order.


    Can I get your games on CD?

    We do not offer CDs ourselves, but when you buy a game you get the option to have the game shipped on CD for an additional charge. This is a service offered by our e-commerce partner BMT Micro. Note that it is only a backup CD. There is no fancy cover, printed manual or similar.

    It is also possible to create a backup CD yourself, by simply burning the downloaded installation files to a CD on your own computer.
